Shipping and Returns


All items will be shipped via USPS for all Continental US online deliveries.  The cost is $7.50 for orders up to $99.99.  Any order over $100.00 will qualify for FREE SHIPPING.  Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping.  At this time, we are not able to ship outside of the U.S.

Items ordered together may be shipped separately.  Should an item be out of stock, back-ordered or unavailable, we will contact you promptly.


We want you to be completely satisfied.  We understand that buying shoes online is a tricky proposition.  Please wear the shoes around your house.  Make sure that they fit properly.  If the shoes or arch supports are unsatisfactory for any reason, please arrange with one of your stores for a return and full refund or an exchange within 30 days of your purchase.  All returns must be in original condition with original packaging.

Fitting tips: Your toe(s) should not hit the front of the shoe, nor should you expect your feet to stretch the shoe.  If is is a little snug, have a local shoe repair shop stretch if for you.  If you live near one of our stores in Everett or Seattle, we are happy to stretch it for you at no charge.  Remember, though that stretched shoes can not be returned.

Defective Items: we only work with Brands that stand behind their products.  If you receive a defective item, please immediately call the Everett store at (425) 348-7306 so we may assist you.

Damaged shipments: returns will only be accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt. Sole Perfection Shoes will provide YOUR CHOICE of a replacement item (pending availability) or full refund for items damaged in shipping, Call the store for further assistance.  We will likely need your assistance to file a claim with the Post Office.
